This role offers the opportunity to lead projects, mentor engineers, and work closely with clients and design teams. Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services projects. Produce and review technical calculations and specifications. Manage project programmes and technical deliverables. Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams. Attend client meetings and provide technical guidance. Support sustainable and energy-efficient design strategies. Mentor and develop junior engineers. Contribute to business development and client relationships. Requirements Degree qualified in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering. Strong consultancy background within building services. Proven experience delivering complex projects.
