The Opportunity
A rapidly growing Building Services consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support the expansion of its mechanical division.

This is a pivotal hire for the business, offering the chance to take ownership of projects, mentor junior engineers, and play a key role in developing the mechanical offering.

You’ll work across a varied portfolio including education, healthcare, residential, and commercial projects, delivering technically robust mechanical design solutions from concept through to completion, often as part of wider multidisciplinary project delivery teams.

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Mechanical Building Services Design
• Operating at Senior level, with a desire to progress into leadership
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, heating, ventilation, and water systems
• Experience delivering projects across sectors such as education, healthcare, residential, or commercial
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Interest in mentoring and developing junior engineers
• Ideally Chartered (CEng) or working towards
• Ambitious, commercially aware, and motivated to progress
