This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys taking ownership of projects from initial concept through to detailed design, manufacture, testing and installation, with the opportunity to develop into a senior technical leadership position over time. Job Responsibilities: Developing bespoke mechanical designs from initial concept through to detailed manufacturing drawings. Producing engineering calculations, including hand calculations, Excel-based calculations and FEA. Preparing design documentation, technical reports, risk assessments and compliance documentation. Selecting and specifying mechanical components and equipment. Ensuring designs are practical, safe and cost-effective to manufacture.
