You''ll play a key role in the development, improvement and manufacture of electromechanical products, working closely with production, suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, commercially viable engineering solutions. The Role Lead mechanical design activities from concept through to manufacture. Drive New Product Development (NPD) and continuous product improvement projects. Produce and review 3D CAD models, engineering drawings and technical documentation. Work closely with manufacturing teams to improve product performance, reliability and manufacturability. Support validation, testing, DFMEA and root cause investigations. Liaise with suppliers regarding technical specifications, quality and design improvements.
