This opportunity has arisen due to both expansion and an upcoming retirement, making it a genuinely rare senior-level opening.Your new roleAs the Mechanical Design Lead, you will take responsibility for delivering and overseeing mechanical building services design across a varied project portfolio.Your role will include:Leading mechanical design work, from concept through to deliveryProducing and reviewing calculations, drawings, specifications, and reportsCoordinating with internal teams, architects, and contractorsSupporting tenders, proposals, and technical submissionsMentoring and developing junior/intermediate engineersHelping to shape and grow an expanding design teamYou will be based in the office full-time, working within a close-knit and supportive technical team.What you''ll need to succeedYou will have a strong background in mechanical building services design and the confidence to take technical ownership.
