Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Your New CompanyHays Building Services are pleased to be assisting an M+E contractor in Gloucester with the recruitment of a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team.Your New RoleYou will be responsible for leading the mechanical design process from concept through to completion, including producing detailed mechanical engineering designs and calculations, collaborating with architects, structural engineers and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems into the overall project design, as well as preparing and reviewing technical reports, specifications and documentation.You will conduct site inspections and liaise with the construction team to ensure successful implementation of projects, participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design solutions effectively, along with providing technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.What You''ll Need To SucceedYou will have strong mechanical engineering experience in designing solutions ideally for commercial and industrial applications; CIBSE chartered status or progressing towards is advantageous, as well as AutoCAD/Revit competence.What You''ll Get In ReturnThis role is offered with a salary between 55,000 - 65,000 per annum on a permanent contract.What You''ll Need To Do NowIf you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent ..... full job details .....
