Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Join a pioneering motion control company redefining hydraulics through additive manufacturing and precision engineering. Based in Central Bristol, you will lead the full technical lifecycle of next-generation hardware in a high-growth, high-performance environment.

The Role

  • Technical leadership of project teams, peer reviewing and mentoring other engineers.
  • System layout, CAD design, and technical drawing for additive and subtractive manufacturing.
  • Drive product and process improvements through deep technical analysis including FEA and CFD
  • Manage the validation and industrialisation of designs at our local Technology Centre.

About You

  • Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • 5+ years'' experience in a technical mechanical design role.

  • Proven ability to solve structural, thermal, and fluid flow challenges.

  • Experience in hydraulics, automotive, or aerospace industries.

  • High levels of grit, ownership, and a first-principles approach to engineering.
