Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Careermakers are recruiting an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for a building services engineering business in Liverpool. The role covers mechanical services design and technical support through project delivery, with responsibility for design coordination, technical documentation and stakeholder liaison. You will work with internal teams, clients, sub-suppliers, architects and other stakeholders, supporting projects from design development through site implementation. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support in weekly meetings with both in-house teams and clients. Collaborate closely with clients and sub-suppliers to support smooth project delivery alongside the Project Manager. Participate in design reviews and oversee technical documentation. Support site processes to help ensure project designs are accurately implemented. Specify and procure project materials in line with engineering standards. Undertake project planning.
