Guided by core values of positivity, flexibility, integrity, innovation, and teamwork, our client combines technical precision with personal, trustworthy service across the UK and Europe.Key Roles and Responsibilities:As the MandE Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will undertake the following Senior Quantity Surveying duties (not limited to):Act in a client facing role taking on large scale Mechanical and Electrical projectsManagement of more junior Quantity Surveyors when required on larger projectsProduction and Preparation of tender reports/documentsCost plans and advise on cost optionsAnalysis,

evaluation/assessment

of tender reportsNegotiation and contract formulation and interim valuationsReview the Preparation of cost plansHandling post tender qualification documents and proceduresPreparation of recommendations for award of contractor packagesAttending meetings with clientsContract administrationClosing and finalising final accountsDesired Skills and ExperienceExperience in the Mechanical and Electrical sector is essentialDegree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying is desiredStrong interpersonal skills are desired for the successful ..... full job details .....
