to join their high-performing Marketing team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.The

Senior Marketing Specialist

will assume the following responsibilities:Managing relationships with key stakeholders – both internal (channel teams, sales, design, digital, investment writing, presentation team, PR and investments) and external (key agency and media partners)Support the development of the marketing strategy and own the delivery into the UK intermediary channel – ensuring it is client focussed and complements the relevant sales strategyContent/ thought leadership and promotion

Lead on the receipt and delivery of Responsible Investing content pieces each monthProofing all media, web and social assets prior to promotionHelp deliver and closely monitor performance of paid media

Web

Updating and proofing web contentSupport with updating copy and any key elements across UK Intermediary web pagesWork closely with channel lead and Digital reporting to monitor engagement and success metrics

Webinars and Events

Own product webinars (logistics and management with sales, investments and BrightTalk)Ownership of key events – implementation of third-party events (i.e. Citywire, Incisive Media)

Email

Manage the production of regular emails/ client commsDraft email copy and messaging, build and send via Pardot

Other

Ensure marketing materials are updated and delivered in compliant mannerWriting and proof-reading copyCommunicate and share progress with key stakeholdersConstantly challenge yourself and others to improve on existing activities, approach, and accepted standardsEnsure that all regulatory requirements and internal guidelines are adhered toLead on ad hoc projects as requiredWork in and provide briefings through our workflow/management tool, WorkfrontSupport the transition to a new brand

The

Senior Marketing Specialist
