to join on a contract basis until the end of the year.If you thrive on orchestrating complex programmes, driving operational efficiency, and enabling marketing teams to deliver real business impact - this is an opportunity to make your mark.What you''ll do:Own full delivery of integrated B2B marketing programmes from planning to close.Build and manage detailed project documentation including plans, schedules, and status updates.Partner with regional marketing stakeholders to launch and track multi-market campaigns.Run programme status meetings, resolve issues, and maintain action plans.Manage scope, assess risks, and keep projects moving on time.Drive alignment across cross-functional and virtual teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and consistent execution.Audit completed programmes to recommend and implement improvements.What you''ll bring:8+ years'' experience in B2B marketing with proven track record managing complex projects.Background in multi-national corporate environments (agency experience a plus).Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and governance experience.Ability to map and improve business processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proactive and highly organised.Skilled in project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Workfront, Smartsheet, GSuite, Slack).A confident, deadline-driven team player who can flex across varied time zones.The details:Contract: Until end of 2026 (immediate start)Location: London (hybrid, 3 days office / 2 days home)Level: Senior individual contributor role within the EMEA Strategic Delivery OfficeThis role will suit a
