We are looking for a data-driven and creative
Senior Marketing Manager
to join our fast-growing Ed-Tech company. The ideal candidate will lead marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive user acquisition across B2C and B2B segments. This role requires a strong understanding of the education technology landscape, user personas (students, parents, educators, institutions), and modern marketing channels.Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, content, email, and offline channels.Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine messaging and positioning.Plan and manage lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.Monitor funnel metrics (CPL, CAC, ROI) and optimize campaigns for performance.Collaborate with content teams to create high-impact blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and video content.Build brand credibility through webinars, success stories, influencer partnerships, and thought leadership.Work with product and sales teams to understand features, benefits, and value propositions.Create go-to-market plans for new product launches or feature releases.Track key KPIs (conversion rates, engagement, retention) and provide regular reports.Use data to test hypotheses, iterate on campaigns, and inform decision-making.Coordinate with designers, developers, sales, and customer support for cohesive execution.Manage marketing interns or junior associates, if applicable.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).3–6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in an Ed-Tech or SaaS environment.Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, etc.Excellent communication and storytelling skills.Familiarity with user personas in K-12, higher education, test prep, or upskilling sectors is a plus.Preferred Skills
SEO/SEM and performance marketing expertise.Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of Excel, Looker Studio, or BI tools.Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.Passion for education and technology.What We Offer
