Senior Marketing Manager Location: London / Hybrid Contract: 9-month FTC Salary: £55,000 MLC Partners are delighted to be supporting a leading professional membership and education organisation to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is a broad, hands-on leadership role with responsibility for overseeing the planning and delivery of integrated marketing activity across the organisation. You''ll lead an established marketing team, ensure campaigns and resources are effectively prioritised, and work closely with senior stakeholders to translate organisational objectives into high-quality marketing activity. The Role Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Digital, you''ll take ownership of the day-to-day operational delivery of the marketing function. Alongside managing and developing a team, you''ll oversee multi-channel campaigns, marketing planning, performance reporting and brand consistency, while helping to continually improve how the organisation engages its audiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated marketing activity across multiple organisational areas. Manage, coach and develop a team of Marketing Managers and digital/content professionals. Oversee campaign scheduling, team workloads, priorities and resource allocation.
