They are responsible for delivering customer comms, whether that be for compliance, educational or sales purposes and also oversees the execution of our Direct Mail and E-mail campaigns. The intention of this role is to drive further customer value, either by improving the retention rates, or by increasing the value of our customer s contracts with us. This wide-ranging role will suit someone who is experienced across the marketing function, is comfortable communicating with people at all levels of the company, is meticulously organised, and capable of handling multiple large projects simultaneously.
