Description Take ownership of delivering a wide range of marketing campaigns, fundraising initiatives and promotional activities from initial concept through to execution and evaluation. Work closely with teams across the organisation to create engaging marketing materials that raise awareness, drive support and strengthen stakeholder engagement. Lead the production of high-quality print and digital assets, managing creative projects, suppliers and brand consistency throughout. Play a key role in supporting events and fundraising campaigns, overseeing everything from event collateral and communications to campaign messaging and creative development. Deliver effective email marketing and digital campaigns, using audience insight and performance data to continually improve results. Manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time, while mentoring a designer and ensuring all activity is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
