Senior Marketing Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Marketing Executive in the hospitality sector. In this global role, the successful candidate would be responsible for the execution and optimisation of digital marketing, social media, and brand campaigns. This role will be based in Berkshire and provide hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office and 3 days from home.

Description

The successful Senior Marketing Executive will...

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and company objectives.
• Coordinate events, promotions, and product launches as required.
• Manage the EMEA social media content calendar, with primary responsibility for LinkedIn.

Profile

A successful Senior Marketing Executive should have:

• Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns in the retail or hospitality sector ideally.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Proficiency in analysing data and generating actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
