ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
Write and edit engaging copy for email campaigns, brochures, social media, blog posts, and client communications.
Develop messaging that reflects CT’s tone of voice and brand values.
Ensure all copy is accurate, persuasive and tailored to our B2B audience.
Campaign Planning and Execution
Support the Digital Marketing Manager in delivering ongoing marketing campaigns.
Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to keep everything running on schedule.
Own the execution of day-to-day marketing tasks with precision and pace.
Website and Digital Management
Assist with updating website content, landing pages and blog posts using CMS tools.
Collaborate with our SEO agency to ensure content is optimised and strategically aligned.
Social Media
Draft and schedule posts across LinkedIn and other platforms.
Monitor engagement and report on performance.
Email Marketing
Craft and schedule regular newsletters and email campaigns via HubSpot.
Track performance and optimise subject lines, layouts and calls to action.
Help coordinate branded collateral and copy for events, exhibitions and internal sales tools.
Media/ PR
Occasional liaising with industry and local press on company development and content distribution
Reporting and Insights
Track KPIs across email, social and web.
Provide clear updates to inform decision-making and refine strategies.
Adhoc
To act in accordance with the core values of the business at all times
To undertake any other duties as and when requested by Senior Management
To work with other Travel departments, on ad-hoc projects
To attend training as and when required
Strong written communication and copywriting skills
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to self-proof
A naturally organised working style and calm under pressure
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp)
Confidence using CMS platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva)
Understanding of social media scheduling tools and engagement metrics
A collaborative, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous experience in travel, professional services, or B2B marketing
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or keyword tools
