Senior Marketing Cloud Analyst

Nicholas Howard are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Marketing Cloud Analyst. Working in a dynamic, collaborative team environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for global marketing automation efforts across Sales, Marketing and Customer Care initiatives. The Senior analyst will be a key functional consultant, leading project requirements gathering as well as performing system administration of our SFDC Marketing Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated background working with marketing automation tools, specifically SFDC Marketing Cloud/Exact Target. The candidate must have strong communication skills and understanding of marketing business process, while also having general technical skills to assist with design and implementation of appropriate technical solutions. Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering meetings with global marketing, customer care and other departments to define new campaign requirements. Translate business requirements into technical requirements for campaign development and execution. Perform ongoing maintenance of existing campaigns in Marketing Cloud. Anticipate issues and risks and escalate appropriately. Serve as a contact for technical Marketing Cloud questions. Maintain proper documentation for workflow processes, testing, and standard operating procedures in accordance with business requirements.
