It will involve handling a varied portfolio of Marine claims, including Marine Cargo, Hull and Machinery, Specie, Aviation, Crew PI and PandI business. Applicants will require previous Marine claims handling experience and a good knowledge of ECF will be advantageous. This will be a hybrid role. Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee, manage and coordinate a complex portfolio of Marine claims, including Hull and Machinery, Builders Risk, Cargo, Specie, Aviation, Crew PA and PandI.Upload and manage ECF entries and non-bureau related tasksMonitor claim progress from notification to resolution, ensuring all parties meet contractual, regulatory, and service-level requirements.
