Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Electrical Swansea Yolk Recruitment is exclusively partnered with this leading manufacturing business in the recruitment of a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with a strong electrical bias to take a leading role in delivering major equipment, automation and CapEx projects. The company is a long-standing market leader with continued growth and a significant programme of investment in new equipment and automation. With further projects planned over the coming years, this role will take a lead position in delivering that investment across the manufacturing operation. You''ll lead major equipment projects from initial concept and specification, through supplier selection, build, installation, commissioning and production handover. You''ll also provide technical leadership to Manufacturing Engineers and remain close enough to the equipment to provide practical support where required. The role is focused on projects rather than day to day reactive engineering, giving you the opportunity to take genuine ownership of significant CapEx and automation projects and contribute towards driving engineering improvements throughout manufacturing.
