You will be involved from initial concept through to delivery and candidates are sought with experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer and a good understanding of composites. The Role Develop and optimise manufacturing processes for composite components. Support the introduction of new products and processes into production. Drive production efficiency and quality through continuous improvement activities. Work closely with management to ensure production estimates are correct. Investigate and resolve manufacturing and process-related issues. Conduct trials and validation of manufacturing processes to ensure they meet performance, cost, and quality objectives.
