Senior Manufacturing Engineer Salary: Up to 55,000 + Benefits Location: Hinckley Hours: 37.5 Per Week Pattern: Day Shift 4.5 Day Working Week Overview We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join a forward-thinking manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineering professional to play a key role in new product introduction, operational improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic production environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations Drive the successful introduction of new products and programmes into production Develop and embed improved manufacturing methods to deliver sustainable business benefits Establish and maintain system policies associated with production lead times Manage and monitor Work in Progress (WIP) to meet operational requirements Support manufacturing activities internally and externally as required Act as a focal point to ensure production and new product activities are completed effectively Participate in and lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives Support inventory control strategies including FIFO, WIP reduction, and returnable container systems Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety legislation and company policies Work collaboratively to achieve company goals and operational objectives Undertake any additional duties reasonably required by the business Skills ..... full job details .....
