Key Tasks:Lead the design, development and implementation of manufacturing processes for new and existing productsDrive the seamless transition of new products from prototype to full-scale manufacturingPartner with New Product Development (NPD) to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM) during developmentCreate and maintain SAP routings to accurately reflect production processes and ensure efficient ERP integrationOptimise production workflows, layouts and equipment usage to reduce waste and improve throughput Production jig and fixture design for ease of manufacturability within production Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOP''s)Investigate/source modern and innovative materials and equipmentAnalyse costs and deliver solutions that improve both performance and profitability Requirements:Qualified in Manufacturing ..... full job details .....
