What You Will Do: - Develop and manage Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (PFMEAs) to ensure robust manufacturing processes.- Create and maintain process flows, virtual builds, and technical instructions to optimise production efficiency.- Collaborate with the engineering team to design for manufacturability and assembly, incorporating poka-yoke principles.- Oversee timing and routing in SAP while reporting on key operational performance indicators (KPIs).- Lead 5S planning for manufacturing areas and manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide day-to-day engineering support to production teams.
