Role: Senior Manufacturing EngineerSalary: To be discussed on applicationLocation: CoventryPermanentRole SummaryAn opportunity for an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical leadership, support production and drive manufacturing process improvements within a regulated engineering environment.Role and Responsibilities of a Senior Manufacturing Engineer• Provide senior manufacturing engineering support across Production, Quality, Engineering and Operations.• Lead problem-solving, RCCA, CAPA, PFMEA and Zero Defect activities.• Deliver continuous improvement projects across safety, quality, cost, delivery, capacity and process efficiency.• Coordinate team priorities and deputise for the Manufacturing Engineering Manager when required.• Support Capex projects from business case and specification through to installation, validation and handover.• Maintain manufacturing documentation, routings, BOMs and ERP master data.• Support NPI, engineering changes, tooling and design for manufacture activities.• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and support audits, customer reviews and Product Safety activities.Requirements Of The Role• Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent experience within Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.• Proven experience as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer within aerospace or another regulated manufacturing environment.• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean, Continuous Improvement, RCCA, CAPA and PFMEA.• Experience managing ..... full job details .....
