Senior MandE Quantity Surveyor - Commercial, Life Sciences and Data CentresLocation: Central LondonRate: 500- 600 per day (Outside IR35)Contract: Long-Term ContractSector: MandE / Building ServicesThe OpportunityWe are recruiting on behalf of a leading MandE contractor looking to appoint an experienced Senior MandE Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of major building services projects across Central London.The business has a strong portfolio of projects across the commercial, life sciences and data centre sectors, delivering technically complex mechanical and electrical installations for leading clients.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong Senior MandE Quantity Surveyor looking for a long-term contract with a well-established contractor, offering 500- 600 per day Outside IR35.The successful candidate will take responsibility for the commercial management of substantial MandE packages, working closely with Project Managers, Commercial Managers and senior operational teams.The RoleAs Senior MandE Quantity Surveyor, you will take a leading role in the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages, ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maximising commercial performance.You will be responsible for subcontract procurement, cost reporting, variations, forecasting and final accounts, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and the wider project delivery team.The position will suit an ..... full job details .....
