The business delivers residential, mixed-use and commercial projects with MandE values of up to 50m.You will join a commercial design and build project in central London during pre-construction, taking responsibility for its commercial management through delivery. This is a long-term contract with the opportunity to progress into a Commercial Manager role, overseeing multiple schemes.Key responsibilitiesManage the commercial aspects of the MandE package from pre-construction through to final account.Prepare budgets, forecasts, cost reports and cash flow updates.Manage procurement, subcontractor packages, valuations and payments.Identify and manage variations, risks and commercial opportunities.Work closely with the project team to protect programme and margin.Lead negotiations and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.What we''re looking forAt least five years'' experience working for an MandE contractor in a quantity surveying role...
