Senior MandE Quantity Surveyor - ContractCentral London 475- 550 per day Outside IR35 Long-term contractWe are recruiting a Senior MandE Quantity Surveyor for an established MandE contractor with a turnover of approximately 160m. The business delivers residential, mixed-use and commercial projects with MandE values of up to 50m.You will join a commercial design and build project in central London during pre-construction, taking responsibility for its commercial management through delivery. This is a long-term contract with the opportunity to progress into a Commercial Manager role, overseeing multiple schemes.Key responsibilitiesManage the commercial aspects of the MandE package from pre-construction through to final account.Prepare budgets, forecasts, cost reports and cash flow updates.Manage procurement, subcontractor packages, valuations and payments.Identify and manage variations, risks and commercial opportunities.Work closely with the project team to protect programme and margin.Lead negotiations and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.What we''re looking forAt least five years'' experience working for an MandE contractor in a quantity surveying role.Proven experience commercially managing MandE projects valued at 10m or more.A relevant quantity surveying qualification.Strong knowledge of procurement, cost control, contracts and final accounts.The confidence to take commercial ownership of a major project and support the development of more ..... full job details .....
