They are looking for someone to come in and manage their own projects who has the ambition to move into a Managing Quantity Surveyor within a short space of time. Duties may include: Collaborate with colleagues while building your understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Take responsibility for allocated work packages and deliver tasks to a professional standard. Use drawings and isometrics to prepare detailed, priced bills of quantities covering labour and materials. Monitor project expenditure, labour hours, and progress against earned-value measures. Produce comprehensive construction take-offs and cost plans, reviewing cost and labour efficiency throughout delivery. Present take-offs clearly and in accordance with NRM2 requirements.
