About the role of Senior MandE Quantity SurveyorIn this role you will be working with a leading MandE Contractor, working on a 60m project on Maidstone area. You will be the MandE lead working on a modular build. Responsibilities for Senior MandE Quantity SurveyorFeasibility, Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.Preparing contracts, budgets and bills of quantities.Liaising with clients and contractors to ensure the budget requirements are met.Managing cashflow for large MEP packages throughout delivery.Compiling and issuing commercial reports to the project leadership team for CVR''sPreparing forecasts and reports on financial status and cash flow.Ensuring that the month on month cash position is positive and the forecasted project margin is met or exceeded.
