Senior MandE Quantity Surveyor, Berkshire, c 85-110k + 6k car/allowance - Tier 1 MandE ContractorAre you an established MandE Quantity Surveyor with a proven background of experience working within the Building Services and MandE sector.Would you relish the opportunity to join an established team working with one of the UK''s most prestigious Tier One Principal contractors? Your background and experience, together with an industry recognised qualification, will be well rewarded for working hard on a variety of MandE packages of up to 60M within the critical systems arena.Working with contractors and extensive knowledge of NEC4 Design and Build contracts would be advantageous as would experience of Pre and post contract strategies through conception to final account handover ensuring added value, compliance, commercial viability, and best practice at all times.
