Senior MandE Project Manager West Yorkshire / Nationwide Travel Up to 65,000 + 5,500 Car Allowance + Benefits Parkinson Gray Associates is recruiting for an experienced Senior MandE Project Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of a substantial programme of building services projects for a major national client. This is a senior operational role covering a portfolio of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, decarbonisation and asset replacement schemes. You will take responsibility for project delivery while also providing leadership and support to Project Managers and wider delivery teams. The position is broader than a conventional project management role. Alongside delivery, you will be expected to develop strong client relationships, support account growth, maintain commercial performance and ensure projects are delivered safely, predictably and to the required standard. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for a portfolio of MandE projects. Manage projects from early engagement and survey through design, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover. Lead and support Project Managers and delivery teams. Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders. Lead programme and project review meetings. Identify and develop opportunities for additional work. Work with estimating, design, procurement and commercial teams during pre-construction.
