The hiring manager is looking to interview as soon as this week.About the RoleThe Senior MandE Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery, performance, and compliance of all Mechanical and Electrical services across the organisation. This role will lead MandE operations through operational teams, ensuring statutory compliance, strong performance management, and continuous improvement across all compliance areas. This is a key leadership role, critical to ensuring the business meets its regulatory, contractual, and operational obligations.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy and Framework DevelopmentDevelop, implement, and maintain MandE processes and procedures in line with contractual requirementsCreate and refine performance indicators (KPIs) across MandE programmes and projectsEnsure all MandE activity aligns with organisational objectives and strategic prioritiesData Management and Performance MonitoringOversee compliance data entered into the in-house works management system, ensuring accuracy and daily updatesCarry out detailed qualitative and quantitative performance analysis to identify risks, gaps, and improvement actionsProduce ..... full job details .....
