The
Senior Manager, Total Rewards
plays a key role in shaping EFG''s total rewards strategy, ensuring that compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. This role will drive compensation structures, incentive plans, pay equity, and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent globally.
Working closely with HR leadership, Finance, People Analytics, and external vendors, this position will oversee market benchmarking, compliance, and innovative rewards programs that enhance the employee experience. The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will also provide strategic guidance on executive compensation, salary reviews, and incentive plans, while ensuring compliance with global and regional pay regulations.
The ideal candidate will be based in the CET time zone (+/- 1 hour). This position reports directly to our Head of PCS Product.
What You''ll Do:
Compensation Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement base salary structures, incentive plans, and total rewards strategies aligned with business goals.Market Benchmarking and Pay Equity: Conduct salary benchmarking and pay equity analysis to maintain competitive and fair compensation practices.Salary Review and Job Architecture: Manage annual salary review cycles, job leveling, and career frameworks to ensure consistency and transparency.Short- and Long-Term Incentives: Design and administer bonus structures, commission plans, and equity-based rewards to drive performance and retention.Global Benefits and Well-Being Programs: Partner with HR and external benchmarking providers to design competitive health, retirement, and well-being benefits.HR Compliance and Governance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with regional labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.People Analytics and Compensation Insights: Use data-driven insights and HR technology to track compensation trends and optimize rewards programs.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and Talent teams to align rewards strategies with business needs.Executive and Leadership Compensation: Provide support for executive pay benchmarking, LTIP plans, and Board-level reporting.Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance EFG''s rewards programs and total rewards philosophy.
Requirements
What You''ll Bring:
Demonstrated experience in compensation and benefits, total rewards, or HR analytics, with a strong background in market benchmarking and incentive design.Experience managing global and regional compensation structures, ideally in a multinational environment.Deep understanding of salary surveys, benchmarking methodologies, and HR tech systems (e.g., HiBob, Mercer, Radford).Experience optimizing global benefits through market insights and benchmarkingStrong analytical and financial modeling skills to interpret compensation data and provide strategic recommendations.Proven expertise in pay equity, executive compensation, and benefits program design.Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.Knowledge of HR compliance, tax regulations, and compensation laws in multiple regions.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.Willingness to travel occasionally for global compensation projects and leadership meetings.
