Senior Manager Tech Transformation (ERP) 1

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to join our growing ERP Advisory team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering ERP transformation programmes for our clients, helping them to optimise their business processes and achieve their strategic objectives.Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on ERP strategy, vendor selection, and implementation best practicesLead and manage ERP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timelineDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersManage and mentor a team of ERP consultantsContribute to the development of KPMG''''s ERP advisory capabilities and thought leadershipStay up-to-date with the latest ERP trends and technologiesSupport business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentationsStrong understanding of the ERP market and vendor landscapeExperience with one or more ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, IFS, Sage etc)Extensive experience in ERP programme delivery, with a proven track record of successExcellent project management and leadership skillsExcellent reporting writing, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsExperience in a consulting environment is not necessary, and strong industry experience could be beneficialAbout the Company
