Take ownership of regulatory reporting operations, providing expert guidance on AEOI regimes and supporting business-wide compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.Oversee the daily operation of the regulatory reporting department by planning, delegating, coaching, recruiting, and managing workloads to deliver a consistently professional service to internal and external clients and intermediaries.Provide oversight and approval of FATCA/CRS returns, ensuring submissions meet current legislative requirements and deadlines.Manage internal stakeholders through the handling of business-wide AEOI queries, offering technical input into processes such as Entity Close Off and Transfer.Coordinate the regulatory reporting process by monitoring progress and providing regular status updates to clients regarding reports and critical deadlines.Lead the review of new regulatory reporting legislation, develop implementation strategies, and deliver training to help clients remain compliant with changing regulations.Guide, coach, mentor, and assess regulatory reporting team members to foster collaboration and shared values.Assist senior management in identifying tax risks and develop practical solutions to mitigate these risks.Respond promptly to new business enquiries, ensuring clear explanations of available resources or services.Undertake ad-hoc projects as required, producing detailed reports when necessary.Adhere to risk management procedures related to regulatory requirements, AML legislation, CPD obligations, core company values, and other duties as assigned.What you bring

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in financial services or accountancy environments with extensive involvement in AEOI regimes (FATCA/CRS) across multiple jurisdictions. You should have strong line-management experience, project management skills, and a proven ability to balance multiple assignments with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaborative skills, integrity, and a commitment to professional development are essential.Hold a recognised professional qualification such as ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, ATT or CTA (or equivalent).Deep expertise in AEOI regimes including hands-on FATCA/CRS returns across multiple jurisdictions.Experience in line management or team leadership with coaching of junior colleagues.Proven project management skills with coordination of multiple stakeholders under strict deadlines.High attention to detail and accuracy in regulatory reporting.Strong time management and ability to balance competing priorities.Collaborative team player who values knowledge sharing and mutual support.Experience with regulatory reporting regimes relevant to international financial services organizations.Proactive in identifying tax risks and developing practical mitigation solutions.Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to clients and internal teams.What sets this company apart
