Working closely with the Partners, you will manage a diverse client portfolio, deliver high-quality accountancy and taxation services, lead and develop a talented team, and play an integral role in supporting the continued growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Manage and review a portfolio of clients, ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines. Provide expert advice on corporate, personal, capital gains, and income tax matters. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser. Attend and lead client meetings independently or alongside Partners. Review accounts, VAT returns, and tax compliance work for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Oversee workflow management, resource allocation, and team scheduling. Set, monitor, and review budgets and work-in-progress (WIP). Raise and review client invoices and ensure fees accurately reflect services provided. Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for growth.
