Senior Manager Private Client Tax

Overview

Private Client Tax Senior Manager at SandW. You will work with Assistant Managers, Managers and Directors across portfolios, collaborating with a diverse team to deliver private client tax services, including a focus on private equity executives and their families.Responsibilities

You will take responsibility for delivering work to clients in line with agreed timelines and budgets. Managing the relationship with clients, with the aim of developing new business from your current client base and beyond.You will be leading and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and support.Liaising with other service lines to deliver work to clients, for example: Accounts and Corporate Tax work.Maintaining strong relationships with clients delivering comprehensive tax strategies and solutions, and supporting senior members of the team to identify opportunities for new work.Developing the more junior team including providing timely feedback and assisting them with technical and personal development.Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant and/or Chartered Tax Adviser - ACA / CTASignificant experience gained within another professional services firm with knowledge of private client tax issues dealing with complex capital gains tax and inheritance tax matters.Proven technical knowledge and capability to communicate complex messages to clients with the ability to ask the right questions to deliver tax planning and advisory projects.Proven expertise in developing new business into profitable long-term client relationships.People management and organisational experience.Benefits
