Senior Manager - Private Capital Transactions, International Tax (Open to flexible working) The FTTA team at EY is unique in having all transaction specialists in one place. Our vision is to have a world class, distinct end to end Private Equity platform, covering transactions and transformations through to exit, across the global PE market. The team includes Private Equity deal specialists, in addition to Portfolio, Infrastructure, Restructuring and Fund/Management structuring specialists. This provides the team with a natural hedge against market turbulence with focus shifting between areas as the economic cycle develops, The Private Capital Transactions tax team, within FTTA, is a diverse team that''s leverages different backgrounds and specialises in buy and sell side Tax Due Diligence, Tax Structuring, funds flow, tax modelling and SPA review (together with advising on Listings and Carve outs) for high-profile, newsworthy deals. They work with clients of all sizes in all industries, working closely with the incredibly strong EY tax network around the world.
