Financial Services London HybridLead complex operational resilience engagements for major Financial Services clients.A leading global consultancy is looking for a Senior Manager to join its growing Financial Services resilience practice in London.This is a senior, client-facing consulting role supporting some of the UK''s largest banks, insurers and financial institutions. You will lead complex engagements, advise C-suite executives and boards, and help clients respond to evolving regulatory expectations and major operational, technology and third-party risks.Alongside delivering high-profile work, you will develop senior client relationships, contribute to account growth and help shape new resilience propositions. A strong background within a recognised consultancy or professional services firm is therefore important.The roleYou will:Lead complex operational resilience and crisis management engagements across Financial ServicesAdvise senior executives and boards on resilience strategy, regulation and investmentDesign and deliver large-scale resilience transformation programmesLead scenario testing, simulations and crisis exercisesAssess technology, cloud, third-party and operational resilienceSupport clients with crisis and incident management frameworksManage engagement scope, budgets, contracts, delivery risk and project teamsBuild trusted relationships across a portfolio of major Financial Services clientsIdentify opportunities to expand accounts and develop new client ..... full job details .....
