As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping clients solve complex business issues from strategy to assurance over regulatory reporting, remediation and responding to regulatory developments. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Leading teams on engagements on client sites and liaising with clients to transform and improve regulatory reporting processes, including automation, uplifted controls, and use of generative AIIdentifying the impact of prudential regulatory change and supporting clients to adaptWorking on projects relating to regulatory liquidity requirements including regulatory reporting, governance and controls, risk management frameworks, policies and procedures, risk measurement, monitoring and reportingUnderstanding the interlinkages between Pillar 1 reporting and Treasury risk management, including Liquidity Management, stress testing, liquidity steering and ILAAPSupporting senior team members with development of marketing and sales activitiesRelationship building and networking with clients and internally across PwCProviding input to the debate on regulation and contributing to PwC’s Thought LeadershipThis Role Is For You If You Have
Detailed understanding of COREP and other PRA prudential regulatory reporting requirements and governance and controls frameworks relating to liquidityDetailed understanding of LCR/NSFR liquidity requirementsAbility to understand, interpret and communicate complex regulationExperience with governance and risk management frameworks and systems supporting prudential regulatory reportingExperience of driving strategic change to prudential risk managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong numerical skillsSignificant experience in financial services prudential requirements; candidates with lesser experience may be considered at the Manager levelStrong relationship management skills and experience in project management or managing small teamsExperience in problem solving and delivering client-specific solutionsWhat You’ll Receive From Us
