Senior Manager / Associate Director - Valuations Salary £120,000-£150,000 Location + work pattern London (hybrid working, 2-3 days per week in the office) THE COMPANYA well-established UK FinTech that has evolved into a fully licensed digital bank.Offers a broad range of consumer lending and banking products and continues to scale rapidly.Known for strong financial performance, modern data infrastructure and an ambitious growth strategy.THE ROLE This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and owning the valuations and NPV modelling capability across multiple consumer lending portfolios. The position plays a critical role in enabling smarter credit decisioning and long-term portfolio strategy. Specifically, you can expect to be involved in: Leading the development and ownership of NPV, IRR and valuation models across several lending products.Partnering closely with Product, Risk, Finance and Impairment teams to improve forecasting accuracy and valuation approaches.Driving innovation in how valuation models are designed, applied and embedded into live credit decisioning.Developing best-in-class valuation methodologies at both portfolio and account level.Line managing and mentoring a small team of analysts, with close collaboration with data science teams.
