Senior Manager - FP&A

CMA is delighted to be working exclusively with a well-established international business based in Basingstoke. The company is a recognised leader in its field and is now seeking an FP&A Manager to join its EMEA finance function.
You will be partnering closely with senior commercial leaders and offers full ownership of financial planning and analysis for a key country-level business unit.
This is a senior finance role with real scope to influence – full P&L ownership, strategic decision-making and a clear path to add value.
What will the FP&A Manager role involve?
- Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting activities
- Own the full country P&L, driving performance and accountability across revenue, margin and OPEX
- Business partner with commercial and operational leaders to support strategic decision-making
- Deliver clear and insightful analysis to support sales objectives and operational improvement
- Strengthen planning processes and enhance the quality and consistency of reporting
- Oversee use and development of key reporting tools (including Tableau, Oracle, Longview and Cognos)
- Take the lead on ad-hoc finance projects and support wider EMEA finance initiatives
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Manager vacancy:
- Qualified, ACA, CIMA or ACCA with proven FP&A experience in a senior role
- Strong commercial mindset with advanced analytical and modelling skills
- Confident business partner with experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders
- Skilled in Excel and key financial systems with a hands-on and solutions focused approach
