Our Digital Risk team is dedicated to providing innovative solutions that mitigate risks associated with digital transformation, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. The Digital Risk practice is growing, and we are looking for Senior Managers to help drive success for our clients by helping them navigate the complexities of the digital landscape.
Your RoleAs a Senior Manager in our Digital Risk team, you will guide diverse clients through IT risks and lead complex engagements. Our Digital Risk solutions include IT controls assessments and implementations, cybersecurity management, digital resilience and technological continuity, and trusted AI considerations in a rapidly evolving landscape. This role requires strong IT technical and compliance expertise and the ability to engage at an executive level.
Responsibilities
Lead and own the delivery of Digital Risk projects and workstreams within larger engagements, ensuring effectiveness, client satisfaction, and opportunity identification.
Develop new IT risk strategy, policy, and governance solutions. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on deployment and assessment of key risk models and implementations.
Manage clients and oversee teams scoping, assessing, remediating, or improving digital risk management strategies and compliance frameworks.
Act as a Trusted Advisor to clients, navigating regulatory requirements and compliance audits, including risk mitigation for digital technologies.
Analyze digital risk data to drive informed decision-making and optimize risk management practices.
Conduct executive-level presentations and workshops on risk mitigation strategies and technology compliance.
Lead proposal development, contribute to sales targets, and expand risk-centric opportunities for EY’s Digital Risk footprint.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and client teams across IT, compliance, finance, and security to drive integrated risk solutions.
Mentor, coach, and develop Digital Risk professionals and foster a culture of continuous growth.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and IT risk best practices (including AI and cloud developments).
Monitor engagement metrics and KPIs, addressing deviations to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Expertise in digital risk frameworks, methodologies, and compliant requirements.
Ability to translate IT risk regulatory requirements into actionable opportunities.
Proficiency with risk management tools and platforms (e.g., GRC), with implementation/optimization experience.
Strategic experience in leading risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in digital risk management, IT governance, cybersecurity, or related fields; AI experience is a plus.
Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
Experience with risk management tools/frameworks and IT methodologies.
Experience advancing regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., UK Corporate Reform, SOx, GDPR, ISO 27001) and industry best practices.
