About the Role As a Senior Manager in our Product team, you will lead the strategic vision, discovery, and execution of innovative digital products that drive core business growth and deliver distinct market positioning. Operating within a highly regulated consumer credit environment, you will bridge high-level commercial orientation with technical depth to navigate complex trade-offs, optimise resource allocation, and foster platform capabilities. You will inspire cross-functional teams, partner closely with engineering, and foster junior talent across our product organisation. What You''ll Do Strategic Vision and Execution Autonomously lead the discovery, definition, and route to market of innovative digital products and feature sets that drive key business outcomes. Develop 18 month + product visions to senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary delivery teams. Drive market positioning to maintain product relevance and a distinct advantage.
