Job Function/Family Real Estate Loans: We cover all aspects of Real Estate lending, including loan origination, execution, transaction management, and activity through lending partnerships and alliances. We manage the end-to-end process for loans, involving activities such as: originating and assessing new lending opportunities (including their strategic fit), negotiating deal structures and documentation, structuring loan transactions (including corporate and security structures) with a focus on delivery and recoverability, securing approval and executing transactions (instruction and assessment of comprehensive valuation, property, development, and legal due diligence).
