Create, manage and enhance data orchestration systems for KYC processesDevelop and enhance leadership reporting/dashboards documenting project progressPartner closely with Data and Technology teams to build, test and implement the capabilities required across all stages of the KYC remediation, keeping all partners accountableThinking creatively and strategically to identify and drive project enhancementsClearly and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders, from the colleagues working on the day-to-day of project, through to senior leadership, constantly thinking through messaging needsMinimum Qualifications

A proven understanding of business functions such as Global Commercial Services, Customer Servicing, TechnologiesKYC / AML experienceStrong Proficiency in SQLExceptional MS Excel proficiencyStrong problem-solving ability - translating raw data into meaningful insightsProactive, flexible, strategic, highly organized, and eager to take full ownership of their workAbility to work with ambiguity and see the big picture with a close eye on the detailsProven project management experience with a close attention to detailStrong professional presence and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate and influenceDepending on factors such as business unit requirements, the nature of the position, cost and applicable laws, American Express may provide visa sponsorship for certain positions.Benefits
