Senior Manager, Business Insights & Strategy

Join a leading entertainment business and play a pivotal role in shaping a data-driven culture across Marketing. You''ll lead strategic data initiatives, own self-service reporting and insight platforms, and translate complex business challenges into actionable, measurable outcomes.

Working closely with marketing, agency, legal, and data teams, you''ll drive first-party data strategy, enhance decision-making through analytics, champion data governance, and up skill stakeholders to become confident users of data and insights.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years'' experience in data, analytics, reporting, or insights
• Strong background in marketing and media analytics
• Advanced Tableau expertise (essential)
• Experience with Snowflake, Datorama, APIs, and first-party data strategies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• SQL knowledge advantageous
