Finance Consulting works with clients to address mission-critical issues for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), creating value and delivering world-class future finance capabilities. You will work in multi-disciplinary teams on initiatives that drive business performance and digital finance transformation for some of the world’s leading brands.Responsibilities

Build relationships at senior levels within client organizations to understand critical business problems and priorities.Consult with EY peers to evaluate, design, and deliver solution options leveraging cutting-edge technologies.Motivate and manage high-performing, diverse teams aligned to EY’s values; deliver exceptional client service and prepare clients for a digital future.Identify further revenue growth opportunities for EY.Lead and manage programmes or multiple workstreams with day-to-day delivery responsibility.Experience current-state diagnostics and target operating model work, including facilitating workshops with senior client stakeholders.Develop Finance and/or GBS implementation roadmaps and transition strategies.Lead the design and implementation of new processes and organisation structures; identify opportunities for technology.Guide the transition to future models and oversee end-to-end programme management.What You’ll Do in Finance Strategy and Transformation

Lead the current-state diagnostic and target operating model work; facilitate workshops with senior client stakeholders.Develop roadmaps for Finance and/or GBS implementations; guide transition strategy.Design and implement future state processes and organisation structures; pursue technology opportunities.Oversee the transition to future operating models and provide end-to-end programme management.Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong knowledge of how Finance and GBS organisations operate; experience implementing/transformation of Finance and/or GBS or senior operational roles with project management exposure.Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills; eagerness to learn.Professional approach with credibility with clients; highly organized and able to coordinate multiple workloads and manage risks.Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others; model EY values daily.Ability to deliver measurable value by addressing clients’ biggest problems and priorities; identify and lead opportunities for adding value for clients.Key Qualifications

A valid and certified professional accounting qualification.Background in management consulting or delivery of components of large-scale transformation programmes in industry.Experience in business development and solution design for complex multi-national businesses.Expert proficiency in your chosen market or sector; experience delivering change programmes within a Finance function and GBS organisation.Strong client relationships with a proven track record of originating and selling new projects.Proven ability to engage, manage and build senior client relationships.Preferred Skills

Ability to create solutions to technical problems; strong attention to detail.Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills.Experience in line-managing professional services staff, including coaching and development.What We Offer
