Senior Manager - BC- UKI-Finance Strategy and Transformation (FSandT), London. EY is looking for a Senior Manager to contribute to Finance Consulting, focusing on supporting organisations to set up and improve their Finance and Global Business Services (GBS) through enterprise performance management, digital innovation, and developing creative solutions.Finance Consulting works with clients to address mission critical issues for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), creating value and delivering world-class future finance capabilities. You will work in multi-disciplinary teams for some of the world’s biggest brands, applying the latest technologies and analytical methods to drive business performance and digital finance transformation agendas. A growth area is Finance Strategy and Transformation – supporting clients in establishing or maturing shared services/GBS capabilities across the full transformation lifecycle.Responsibilities

Perform current-state diagnostics and develop a vision, strategy, and operating model for Finance and GBS transformations.Deliver activity analyses and create business cases; craft integrated implementation roadmaps; guide location and sourcing model selection.Design and implement future state processes and technologies (e.g., record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, financial planning and analytics).Shape future organisation design and oversee transition to future models; design and implement experience-led service management.Build relationships at senior levels within client organisations; understand critical business problems and priorities; evaluate, design, and deliver solution options with EY teams.Motivate and manage high-performing, diverse teams aligned to EY’s values and deliver exceptional client service.Identify revenue growth opportunities for EY.Qualifications

A valid and certified professional accounting qualification.Background in management consulting or proven delivery of components of large-scale transformation programmes in industry.Experience in business development and solution design for complex multinational businesses; strong client relationships and track record of originating and selling new projects.Experience delivering change programmes within a Finance function and GBS organisation; ability to engage, manage, and build senior relationships.Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills; highly organised with ability to coordinate workload and manage risks.Ideally, ability to create solutions to technical problems; attention to detail; strong problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills; experience coaching and developing staff.Desirable Skills

Core consulting skills: client management, analysis, presentation and facilitation, commerciality.Technical skills: practical knowledge in your specialist field; adaptability and ability to learn in an innovative environment.Market/sector knowledge with demonstrable expertise.What We Offer
